McDonald's Commercial

The other day I saw a commercial for McDonald's that got me thinking about how inteligent the general public is.

The product the commercial was pushing was an adult happymeal. Come on. An adult happymeal? What are they thinking? No one would buy that, I thought. A "healthy" salad in a box with a toy inside. The toy is what they called a stepometer. No one is stupid enough to go to McDonald's and think they can eat healty? Or so I thought. I guess the fast food industry has to change its image with all the Atkins craze.

Well, while eating at Burger King with my family, I saw a woman with one of those stepometers from McDonalds. On her tray was a huge burger, supersize frys and a large drink. I guess she felt that as long as she keeps count of her steps, the thousands of calories she just ate won't go to her ass. You don't have to eat healthy...just count your steps.

I guess advertising does work...on stupid people!
